What products can be personalized?
All of our products can be personalized! You can add names, dates, messages, or other custom details.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time varies depending on the product. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped to your location. For a more accurate estimate, feel free to contact us at contact@perfectgiftstudio.com.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because we start production immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes. Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@perfectgiftstudio.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.
